We are always available to assist you with a full range of administrative services to help your business succeed. There is no minimum usage fee and no minimum time billing so you pay for only what you need.

Virtual Offices

You get all the benefits of a private office without the cost. Front-office address, appearance, support services and meeting facilities to enhance your image and identity.

Each facility has a professionally decorated reception area.

Unlimited use of conference rooms and meeting facilities. Conference Rooms are available under a first come, first serve basis upon reserving through the receptionist.

Personalized receptionist services with call screening. Incoming calls are answered by our staff with your company name and your call announced. After normal business hours, and during holidays, lines are programmed to ring directly into each office, providing you 24-hour access to all incoming calls. Voice mail and after hour auto attendant are also available and included.

Telecommunications equipment and access to T1 lines. Telephone sets are speaker-phone equipped with hands-free intercom, speed dialing, call forwarding and conferencing capabilities. Internet access is available through multiple high-speed T-1 lines. Special Applications Access is negotiated.

Kitchen facilities with complimentary beverages. The beverage break areas are equipped with microwaves, coffee brewers and refrigerators. All facilities offer a seating area for clients and their guests. Coffee and tea are complimentary; sodas and snacks are at a nominal cost.

Convenient location, free parking, and 24/7 access. Our facilities are conveniently located.

1. Executive House is located off of Maryland Route 32, two miles west of Route 95.
2. Columbia Business Suites is located off of MD 100 and Snowden River Parkway.
3. Executive Suites at Overlook is located off of MD 29 and MD 175.

Parking is free and well situated. Lighted parking areas provide security to late workers. You have 24-hour access to all facilities via our scan access security system. Our facilities are secured.
