Mid-Atlantic Offices was originally founded as Executive House in 1982 as an addition to PTS Secretarial Services, which has continuously operated in Columbia since 1975. We provide executive office suite space and support services to entrepreneurs and other business professionals throughout all stages of their business growth. Mid-Atlantic Offices expanded in 2003 with Columbia Business Suites and in 2006 with Executive Suites at Overlook.
Let Us Grow With You Mid-Atlantic Offices offers private multi office suites and individual offices in sizes ranging from 80 to 1500 square feet. Each of our facilities offer individual leasing arrangements. The License Agreements are flexible, with options from a minimum of a three-month term through multi-year contracts. All of our offices are turn-key, including professional office furniture, telecommunications services and equipment, high speed internets services, utilities and janitorial services.
